- No, never. Rent goes from the tenant to your bank account. Rentyvo exists so you know whether it arrived, and when.
- Do I have to connect my bank account?
- No. You can record payments by hand or import a bank statement. The bank connection is optional and read-only.
- Is indexation calculated automatically?
- Yes, based on the anniversary of the lease and the applicable index, with the detail of the calculation kept.
- Can I try it without paying?
- Yes. The free plan covers one property and asks for no bank card.
